As Evan suggests, an organized effort would certainly bring the problem to the attention of Z owners. That's the biggest issue -- regardless whether AMS is present at events or not -- their potential customers ought to be made aware of their business practices. I like the idea of having a flag or maybe a pin of some sort made. It could be easily arranged, cheaply made, easily distributed, and worn at ANY Z-related event. In addition to the "no AMS" symbol, the pin/flag should include a URL. That URL should be a domain that's easy to remember, and should be a simple site describing the issue.
